Updates:
For
the month of February, some great changes have been made
and are in store. For the abdominal section, videos as
well as new exercises have been posted. The following 10
new exercises were added to other sections of the site: shrug,
alternating
shoulder press, standing
scarecrow, lateral
raise, parallel-bar
dip, single-arm
external arm rotation, weighted
pushup, unilateral
high cable fly, unilateral
low cable fly and back
raise.
Next up is reformating the workout exercises page as it
seems to be popular among y'all. If time permits, the
recipes section will see an eventual overhaul as well. |
